11/01/2018 – Rogers County Resident? Early voting is going on now at Central Baptist Church in Owasso. Polls will be open Thursday, Nov. 1, and Friday, Nov. 2, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday, Nov. 3, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Central Baptist is located at 9001 North 145th East Avenue.
